• Solaris OS 10/11 administration activities
• User administration
• Managing services
• Software installation/patching
• Printer setup
• CPU / Memory usage
• Network setup
• Solaris Volume manager
• Disk management - ZFS/Metadisk/Oracle ASM/Multipath
• FMADM
• Veritas cluster
• Virtualization - LDOM/CDOM, Solaris Zone (local/global)
• ECI server and clustering

Experience Required:

• At least 5 to 7 years of live experience of resolving L2/L3 level of technical incident resolution in Linux/Unix [ RHEL/Solaris/OEL/HPUX] Platform.
• Must have - L2/L3 Solaris OS administration activities including LDOM/CDOM, Solaris Zone (local/global), UFS, ZFS, Solaris Volume manager, Veritas cluster, Oracle RAC cluster, Oracle ASM.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) /Or any ITSM Tool incident resolution practice.
• Knowledge and working experience of ITIL processes in BAU IT IS support.
